It's real. Drop #1 is open.

Twenty boxes of Scottish water buffalo — grass-fed, dry-aged, cut by hand and delivered frozen to your door. Reservations are open now and close on the 27th. If we reach fifteen boxes, the drop is on and your cut is booked with the butcher. If we don't, every deposit comes straight back to you.

I've been talking about this for years. My grandparents farmed in the Bresse; I grew up certain I'd farm too. This is the first concrete step — funded twenty boxes at a time, built from nothing.
